Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping Options and Rates

While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience delays with your order. We only ship to the United States at this time.
  • FedEx Ground - $12 (Free for orders $150+)
  • FedEx 3rd Day Air - $20 
  • FedEx Next Day Air - $45

Processing and Delivery

We ship all orders within 7 business days of the order being placed. In addition to our own processing timeline, your order may encounter delays from FedEx. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 3-5 business days for it to arrive via FedEx before contacting us at hello@endswellhome.com. We offer FedEx Ground for orders shipping within the United States. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we only offer FedEx 3 Day Air. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following business day. All expedited shipping orders (FedEx 3rd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air) will also require a processing time of 2 business days. Please note, we do not accept PO Boxes. Kindly note that shipping fees are nonrefundable.
